Mr. Baishnab Charan Swain (Managing Director)

B.Sc. Engg. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from UCE, Burla. He is an Ex-Deputy Director of Factories & Boilers & having 30 years of Experience in Engineering, Procurement, Erection, Testing, Commissioning of power plant, Manufacturing, Testing of Boiler as per IBR Guide line, Preparation and Certification of data sheet and guaranteed Technical particulars of BTG package. He is also appointed as National Level Monitor (NLM) for Renewable Energy Projects by MNRE, Govt. of India and involved in Decentralized Distributed Generation through Renewable Power Project, Rural Electrification projects, Capacity Development and Biomass Assessment Study and preparation DPR of Renewable Energy projects.

Mr. R.C. Mohapatra (Executive Director)

He has completed BSc. Engineering (Electrical) from University College of Engineering Burla. He has worked with GRIDCO in the Capacity of Director (Commercial), GRIDCO. He is having around 35 years of experience in power generation, transmission & distribution system particularly in Design, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance of Power Project, GRID Substation & Transmission Line, Procurement of power from generation companies worked in SLDC and PMU Projects, Power Plant, Electrical Systems.

Mr. Basudev Mohanty (Sr. Consultant)

B.Sc. Engg. (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from REC Rourkela & Certified Energy Auditor. He is an Ex-Chief General Manager (Construction), GRIDCO & having 30 years of experience in power transmission & distribution system particularly in Design, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance of 400/220/132/33 KV GRID Substation & Transmission Line, and Procurement of power from generation companies. He is proficient in Energy Audit, Energy studies and handling techno-commercial matter of Power Plant, preparation of DPR, TEFR etc. He is also appointed as National Level Monitor (NLM) for Renewable Energy Projects by MNRE, Govt. of India and involved in Decentralized Distributed Generation through Renewable Power Project, Rural Electrification projects, Capacity Development and Biomass Assessment Study and preparation DPR for the projects.

He is having around 16 years of rich Experience in Power Project & EHT Transmission systems and has earlier worked with reputed company like Tata Chemicals Limited & Jindal Stainless Limited and he is proficient in Energy Audit, Energy studies and handling techno-commercial matter of Power Plant, preparation of DPR, TEFR, Renewable Energy, Power Trading, Open Access, Power Purchase Agreement, Regulatory affairs and matter relating to Electricity Act, Energy Conversion Act, Ministry of Power, National Tariff Policy, National Electric Policy, Procurement of power through competitive bidding.

Mr. Ananga Das Choudhari (Sr. Consultant)

B.Sc. Engg. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from REC Rourkela He is an Ex-Sr. General Manager (PMU), GRIDCO and he is having 30 years of Experience in H.V. side of the Balimela Hydro Power Project Electrical Systems. He started his career in Hydro Electric Projects at Machhkunda, Baliguda and Upper Kolab. He was associated with the designing, operation & maintenance the Hydro Power Projects, EHT lines and sub-stations up to 400KV. He has also worked with M/s. Jindal Stainless in the capacity of Consultant in power system management, in the field of protection control of EHT Substation, Power evacuation scheduling of power injection vis-a-vis optimal generation of the captive generation. He is proficient in Energy Audit, Energy studies and handling techno-commercial matter of Power Plant, Power Trading, Open Access, Power Purchase Agreement, Regulatory affairs and matter relating to Electricity Act, Energy Conversion Act, Ministry of Power, National Tariff Policy, National Electric Policy, Procurement of power through competitive bidding. Involved in Decentralized Distributed Generation through Renewable Power Project, Rural Electrification project, Capacity Development and Biomass Assessment Study. He is involved in Power Purchase Agreements, Power Trading, Dispute Resolution with DISCOM, regulatory & Commercial Issues.

Mr. Nilamani Behera (Sr. Consultant)

B.Sc. Engg. in Chemical Engineering from BIT, Sindri and also a Certified Energy Auditor. He is Ex-Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Energy Management Dept. of Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL and having 33 years of experience in Fertilizer and Steel Plant Operations & Energy Management, Gas Safety management, Fuel Gas & Utility Pipeline Maintenance, Energy Balancing, Monitoring & developing schemes for improving Energy Efficiency, in Judicious distribution of Fuel gases in different shops, Energy Audit, Energy Management & Energy. He is involved in Energy Audit, Energy studies Regulatory affairs Iron & Steel Sector, Fertilizer Sector, Chloro Alkali Sector and Aluminium Plant.

Mr. Sharada Prasanna Nanda (Sr. Consultant)

M . Tech in Power System from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and also a Certified Energy Manager. He has having 36 years of experience in sectors ranging from Engineering consultancy, Power generation, Process industry and Quality Management. He has the ability to keep a level head at all times, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative solutions to challenges. He is proficient in Plant Operation & Maintenance Management, Continuous Improvement, Energy Management, Regulatory Compliance. He is involved in Energy Audit, Energy studies of Thermal Power Plant, Aluminium Refinery, Aluminium Smelter.

Mr. Mukund Kumar Jha (Consultant)

B. Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Gandhi Institute Of Engineering & Technology, BPUT University and also a Certified Energy Auditor. He has having 8 years of experience in Thermal Power Generation, Energy Management, Energy Audit, Energy Management & Energy. He is involved in Energy Audit, Energy studies of Thermal Power Plant and Iron & Steel Plant and Commercial Buildings.
